Help us help you promote your event!

We encourage our community partners to submit information about their upcoming event at CCA so that we can correctly and promptly provide marketing support by:

• ŸPosting your event to the event calendars at chatfieldarts.org

• Create a graphic(s) to add to the rotation on the LED sign playlist

• Setup ticket sales through the CCA online ticketing platform via Arts People (if needed)

• ŸIncluding your event in one or more of our bi-weekly email newsletters.

• ŸProvide additional marketing recommendations if requested.

Don’t forget to click SUBMIT at the very end of the form!

Images to be used for event promotion should be emailed to Jenni Petersen-Brant, the CCA's Marketing Director, at jenni@chatfieldcfa.com. The higher the resolution, the better and landscape oriented images are preferred.

We also encourage you to send finished posters or other related event graphics to Jenni.

If printing posters, please deliver 3-4 to the CCA for posting at the facility.
