Down to the River Day Camp

June 20 - June 24

Chatfield Center for the Arts and Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center are partnering to present a week of adventure and crafts. Campers entering grades 3-5 are welcomed to register for morning sessions, afternoon sessions, or all day.

Morning Session Campers meet animals, explore the river to observe the plants and animals that live there, and craft art from natural objects found along the river and in the parks.

Afternoon Session Campers build critters with clay, learn how to weave, build dancing puppets, paint with fish, and gather natural objects to create an array of art projects.

All activities take place in Chatfield City Park and Groen Park. Due to the construction at thee art center drop-off, pick-up and lunch will be at “park central” in the fellowship hall at St Mary’s Church, 401 Twiford Street, Chatfield.
